Information on this site

The content on this website describes the type of assignments HandledTZ can coordinate. It is general information only. It is not a quotation, a fixed price list, an offer, or professional legal, engineering, financial, medical or safety advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Requests and acceptance

Submitting a request does not create an agreement and does not mean the assignment has been accepted. An assignment is accepted only after HandledTZ has assessed it and the scope, feasibility and commercial terms have been agreed in writing.

Assignments we can accept

HandledTZ only accepts assignments it can lawfully and responsibly undertake and manage. Regulated or specialist work may require appropriately licensed professionals, and where that is the case we will say so. HandledTZ does not claim to hold professional licences it does not hold.

We may decline, pause or stop an assignment where it would be unlawful, unsafe, unethical, outside our capability, or where information given to us is inaccurate or incomplete.

Quotations, costs and payment

Costs are confirmed in a written scope and quotation for each assignment. Third-party costs, official fees and supplier prices can change and are outside our control. Payment terms are set out in the agreed assignment terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate and complete information, to hold the authority needed for the assignment you ask us to handle, to respond to approvals and questions in reasonable time, and to meet the agreed payment terms. Delays or decisions caused by incomplete information or late approvals may affect timelines and cost.

Uploads and materials

Only upload files you are entitled to share. Do not upload sensitive documents that are not needed to assess your request. Materials you provide remain yours; you give us permission to use them only for the purpose of assessing and carrying out the assignment.

Communication

We may communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone or email using the contact method you indicate. These are third-party services with their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their availability or delivery of messages.

Responsibility and limits

HandledTZ takes ownership of the assignments it accepts and is responsible for carrying out the agreed scope with reasonable skill, care and diligence, and for supervising the work it coordinates.

We cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on the decisions of third parties, such as government offices, regulators, landlords, courts, banks, utilities or suppliers, nor can we accept responsibility for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, weather, power or network failures, or changes in law or official practice.

To the extent permitted by law, HandledTZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of expected savings or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability provisions appropriate to the nature, value and risk of a particular assignment may be set out in the assignment agreement for that assignment.

Intellectual property

The HandledTZ name, logo, wording, design and other content on this website belong to HandledTZ and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat client, property and project information as confidential and do not publish it without permission.

Privacy

How we handle the information you share is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes, and do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Agreed assignment terms take precedence

Where a signed or written agreement for a specific assignment differs from these website terms, the assignment agreement applies to that assignment.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We will try to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith first. If that is not possible, the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and the content of this website. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
